17% Rise in 5 Avada.zip – Cs at GCSE & Excellent Student Progress Measure

We are pleased with the recent league tables published by the DCSF based on the summer 2007 examination results.

In addition to our greatly improved GCSE results, the tables include a Contextual Value Added score which measures the amount of actual progress students make from Year 7 to Year 11, ie throughout their school career at Harrow Way, based on a national norm of 1000. Our score of 1007.6 is the highest in our local consortium area and places us 19th out of the 71 secondary schools in Hampshire.
